Service Time Window 1 Hour

Please take into consideration that issues may occur throughout the day. Not limited to, but such as:

* Sickness

* Weather

* Traffic

* Delay in a house that requires extra cleaning time

* Reschedule or Cancellation of a previous customer

Therefore we reserve the right to arrive at your property up to one(1) hour early or late for your appointment.

In such cases, we will call and/or email to notify you of any change needed to your appointment.

Health Safety Policy

For health safety reasons our employees DO NOT clean:

* Human or 

* Animal waste and body fluids.

(Feces, urine, blood, vomit, spinal fluid, seminal fluid and amniotic fluid.)

It is up to the staff discrepancy to continue or stop services during such conditions. In which case, customer is responsible for full payment and no refunds will be given.

Cleaning Supply

We provide standard cleaning supplies to all jobs.

The only things we require of you are:

* Paper Towels

* Garbage Bags

In the case that you would like to have us use organic cleaning products or any other specialty products at your house it will be your responsibility to provide these products.

Extra Time Charge $25

Our services are in Man Hours so if we send two (2) cleaners to your house it will be:

  • 1.5 hour each for a total of 3 man hours service
  • 2 hours each for a total of 4 man hours service
  • 2.5 hours each for a total of 5 man hours service

According to the size / condition of your home it may happen that the time purchased for cleaning won't be enough to finish it all.

keep in mind that you may request for your first cleaning that we take care of your priorities first and then service the other areas with remaining time.

In the event that the cleaning service time you purchase is not enough to finish it we charge an extra fee of $25 an hour

Hiring Of CleanCo USA Staff Agreeent

All of our cleaners have signed a "Non-Compete Agreement" with CCUSA. Therefore they are prohibited from soliciting business from any client on his/her own or on behalf of any third party during their employment with CCUSA or for two (2) years following leaving or termination of employment, without written approval from CCUSA.

Therefore, you agree not to hire past or present cleaning team members of CleanCO USA for a period of no less than two (2) years from the date the team member last worked for CCUSA.

A great deal of time and resources are put into hiring our staff. However in the event you feel you must hire a team member of CCUSA in spite of this agreement, then a $2,500.00 placement fee is due immediately upon employment of past/present team member, regardless of whether the employment is regular or on a contract basis. In this event if payment is not received within 30 days of written notice and an account  requires legal or collection action, client/homeowner agrees to pay all cost of collection without limitations for reasonable attorney fees, interest on past   due amount, court costs and all collections costs. Moreover, CCUSA reserves the right to place a lien and or judgement upon your primary or rental home for a delinquent payment and you the homeowner agrees to pay all legal fees and time spent for remediation.

Preferred Customer Rate
